What are the typical margins for retailers?
Our wholesale pricing is designed to provide retailers with healthy margins of 50% or more at suggested retail prices. Case pricing (24+ units) offers even better margins for volume orders.
What is the minimum order requirement?
The minimum opening order is $500. After your first order, reorders have a $200 minimum. There's no minimum quantity per SKU - you can mix and match across our product line.
What are your lead times and shipping options?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. We ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, with delivery usually taking 5-7 days after shipment. Shipping is calculated at 15% of the order subtotal. Rush shipping is available upon request.
Do you offer drop shipping?
We do not currently offer drop shipping. All orders are shipped to your business location. This ensures quality control and allows you to inspect products before they reach your customers.
Do you offer exclusivity or territory protection?
We don't offer exclusive territories, but we do limit the number of retailers in any given area to prevent market saturation. Our products are unique enough that direct competition is rarely an issue.
What marketing materials do you provide?
Approved partners receive access to high-resolution product photos, product descriptions, and display recommendations. Products arrive in retail-ready packaging with care instructions included.
What is your return policy?
We replace defective products at no charge when reported within 30 days of receipt. We don't accept returns on non-defective merchandise, so we encourage you to start with a smaller test order to gauge customer interest.
How long do bamboo fountains last?
With proper care, our bamboo fountains last 3-5 years outdoors and significantly longer indoors. The bamboo naturally weathers to a beautiful silver-gray patina over time. Many customers appreciate this natural aging process.

Ordering & Payment
Online Wholesale Orders
- •All online wholesale orders are prepaid at checkout
- •Minimum online wholesale order: $200 (product total, before shipping and tax)
- •Net terms do not apply to online wholesale orders
Phone or Email Orders
- •Net 30 terms may be available for phone or email orders with credit approval
Sales Tax & Resale Certificates
- •Wholesale customers must provide a valid resale certificate (reseller's permit) to qualify for sales tax exemption
- •Resale documentation must be on file prior to shipment
- •Orders submitted without valid documentation may be flagged, and applicable sales tax will be charged before shipment
- •Buyers are responsible for ensuring resale certificates remain current and valid
Shipping (Continental USA)
- •A flat 15% shipping charge applies to all online wholesale orders shipped within the continental United States
- •Shipping is calculated as 15% of the product total
- •Large orders, pallet shipments, or special freight requirements may be quoted separately
Returns & Claims
- •Wholesale returns require prior authorization
- •Returned merchandise must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition
- •Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- •Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
