Shipping, Returns & Support

For wholesale orders or large quantities, please contact us for shipping details.

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on package size and destination. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping.

Packaging

Each bamboo fountain is carefully wrapped and cushioned to ensure safe delivery. Our fountains are made from natural bamboo, so we take extra care to protect them during transit.

Delivery Area

Online orders ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations, please email us to place your order directly.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

For lost packages, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund.

Return Window

Retail purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Returns

We accept both unused and used fountains within the return window, including items that have been installed, trimmed, or adjusted as part of normal setup, provided that:

• All original components and parts are included
• The product has not been intentionally damaged or misused
• The item is returned in reasonably clean condition

Returns with missing parts or components cannot be accepted.

Shipping & Refunds

• Original outbound shipping costs are refunded
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can assist

We take pride in the craftsmanship and materials used in every Bamboo Accents product.

If you experience an issue with your fountain, pump, or components, we encourage you to contact us directly. All concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to determine a fair and reasonable solution. This may include guidance, troubleshooting, or replacement of individual parts when appropriate.

Bamboo Accents products are handcrafted from natural bamboo.

As a natural material, bamboo exhibits inherent variation, including but not limited to:

• Natural color variation and tonal differences
• Surface texture and grain patterns
• Visible nodes and natural markings
• Minor dimensional variation
• Small surface checking or hairline fractures that do not affect structural integrity or performance

Sales tax is charged on retail orders where required by law.

Bamboo Accents currently collects and remits sales tax on orders shipped to California. For orders shipped to other states, sales tax will be charged only where Bamboo Accents is required to do so under applicable state laws.

Customers may be responsible for any applicable use tax required by their state.
